Frequently Asked Questions from Members of the BER Assessors Association
- I have joined as a member but cannot see the private members forum
Simply email admin@berassoc.ie with your name and username on the forum and your forum account will be given members access. - I have joined as a member and am not in the BER Assessors directory yet
This can take up to 48 hours to complete, once you join as a member of the association. If your listing has not appeared after 48 house send a short reminder to admin@berassoc.ie - I have joined as a member but am not listed on your links page
Members must first place a link and logo to the BERAAI from their own site, full instructions are in this post on the forum http://www.berassoc.ie/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=52 - I have joined as a member and paid by cheque but have not yet received notification
Please send a short email to admin@berassoc.ie and this will be rectified for you. The application procedure is slower by post.
Frequently Asked Questions from Non Members of the BER Assessors Association
- Do I have to be a member to use the forum?
No but we do encourage all forum members to join, all the Association. The members section of the forum contains the Technical sections is far more active than the non members section. - I have applied to join the forum but not received any email activating my account
Applications are usually approved or responded to within 1-24 hours.
If you are chose a particularly obscure username your application may have been deleted as spam. We receive between 50-100 spam appliations daily and on a rare occassion a genuine application may be deleted in error.
If you are not a registered SEAI assessor we may have emailed you asking for further details before we activate your account. - Do I have to be SEI registered to join the association?
If you wish to become a Full Member of the BER Assessors Association you need to be an SEI Registered assessor. Associate Members are welcome to join, this applies to persons awaiting registration or exam results etc.
